  • Scheduling and coordinating large and small meetings by securing conference and meeting facilities, handling participant logistics, and ensuring that all supplies and refreshments were provided
  • Purchasing goods and services, in compliance with federal procurement laws and guidelines
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
  • Preparing and finalizing documents and correspondence
  • Creating surveys to collect data for company initiatives using Survey Monkey web-based software
